WITC Rescue Plan

Being part of the Spa Beauty Wellness Alliance 2010, we are part of a group of companies coming together to manage your unused treatment package and we agree to help complete your treatment, given the terms and conditions of the WITC Rescue Initiative.

Some of the terms & conditions:

1. Packages / Services can only be claimed during 2pm to 7pm Monday to Fridays. Not valid for a week before Christmas / New Year / Chinese New Year. Not valid for eve of Public holiday.

2. NO SHOW, LATE by 15min or CANCELLATION in less than 48 hours, Appointment package / services will be deducted.

3. 30% goes to body servies ie waxing, massage, 35% goes to facials and the remaining to nails.

4. Products are non redeemable.

5. All claims must be supported with the following documents.
   • Original bill / invoice from WITC
   • WITC Membership card
   • ID for identification
   • Card balance receipt. (Log into WITC website and print out current statements)
   • Bank statements – show proof of 0% installment plan or proof of payment in full.
   • A check with CASE on balance package (If none of the above is available)

6. All packages are valid for 1 year (dated once they have signed the agreement) or WITC Expiry date, whichever date comes first.

7. All packages are not transferable.

8. The maximum amount claimable would be $1000.
